Upgrade to First class on domestic routes or Premium Economy on international routes is not applicable.
Upgrade from Premium Economy to Executive class is applicable for international routes.
The sector between Kona - Honolulu is not acceptable.
For international flights, the next higher class of service would be applicable.
For Japan domestic flights, "class J" shall be booked after Upgrade Points are exchanged for Class J-e Coupons in advance.
Your Upgrade Point and Class J-e Coupon balances can be checked after logging into your account.
