It is available to apply for the reservation with Upgrade Points after you purchase* the eligible tickets.
Please log in the JAL website and visit the JAL Mileage Bank.
* After purchase the ticket, it may take a while to complete the ticketing process.

Use of Upgrade Points
Please select "International Upgrade Award Reservation" in the column of Award Redemption.
Step2
Reservation confirmation
Please choose the reservation which you prefer to upgrade.
Step3
Reservation details
Please click "Upgrade" after confirmation of the reservation details.
Step4
Application for upgrade
Please choose "Upgrade Points" and select the flights you prefer.
Step5
Confirmation of flights and points
Please click "Completion of Upgrade" after confirmation of the flight and required Upgrade Points for upgrade.
Step6
Completion of upgrade
The information you registered will be displayed as bellow when application was completed. Please double check the column for “Class / Seat” after the completion of upgrade.
